Claus H. Jebsen is a trained psychologist, who has worked within organizational- and leadership development since late 1990`s. He has had different manager positions (CEO, R&D, Chair) in consultancy companies since 2008, and from 2021 holds a partner position at AS3 Norway (AS3.no). AS3 operates in the intersection between work and health and the mission is to help more people enter the workforce, reduce the number of people falling out, and ensure that everyone can contribute based on their individual capabilities. AS3 services includes organizational- and leadership development, career counseling, (executive) coaching, outplacement, onboarding etc. and AS3 serve both B2G and B2B.

After 20+ years of consultancy work, Claus combines the practitioner role with an academic role as an Industrial PhD at BI, Norwegian Business School, Dept. of Strategy and Entrepreneurship. Main research interest is on how leadership development can enable collaborative and co-creative practices within and across entities. The empirical setting for the PhD project is Executive Management Programs customized for the healthcare sector. However, the findings are expected to be of relevance for other sectors and industries where collaboration and co-creation practices are needed for success. 

Supervisors for the PhD project are Prof Bjørn Erik Mørk, BI – Norwegian Business School and Associate Professor Ninna Meier, Aalborg University.
